We are looking for an amazing, data-driven, social savvy, marketing expert to join our creative team. You have a familiarity with the design community and a passion to serve international brands on a global scale. You will be responsible for curating rich content, driving and converting online traffic while nurturing online communities with impactful communications through social media channels and emerging platforms.

 

You will conceptualize, execute, produce and oversee a variety of digital, social, design and experiential work reporting to the Creative Director. We are looking for someone with strong conceptual thinking, experience working with and adhering to brand guidelines, and the ability to work fast and accurately under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in briefs, team meetings and presentations

  • Present concepts to the creative director and account team for discussion

  • Understand and maintain the integrity of the client’s brand

  • Build, manage and curate a rich content editorial calendar that appeal to audiences (including but limited to blog posts, digital/infographics, etc.)

  • Lead generation, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through CTA’s (call-to-action), landing pages, and lead generation content.

  • Monitor closed-loop analytics to understand how our inbound & outbound marketing activity establishes and develops sustainable online communities, customers, and continually help to refine, evolve and automate processes

  • Extreme attention to detail

  • Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

  • Agency experience in marketing preferred

  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker 

  • Ability to use data to inform and structure decisions

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms with and understanding of sitemaps, UX, design and dynamic workflows

  • Passionate about marketing, social media and state-of-the-art technology

Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, understanding of design, art direction, layout and how it extends through print, web and mobile.
